第五十四条 违反本法规定，未经批准，擅自从事核燃料生产经营活动的，由国务院核工业主管部门责令停止生产经营活动，没收核燃料及违法所得，处违法生产经营的核燃料市场价值二倍以上十倍以下的罚款；对负有责任的领导人员和直接责任人员处十万元以上五十万元以下的罚款，并依法给予处分。
